National Instruments South Africa on the move
April 2004
News
National Instruments South Africa has moved to bigger premises and broader horizons. The branch celebrated its third Anniversary in November 2003, and in the three years of the company's local operations, has experienced a staff growth rate of 125% per annum.
The decision to make this move was also borne out of the need to expand for local training, as well as for NI's internship program. National Instruments has strong ties with, and is dedicated to both academia and customer support. The facilities have proved to be insufficient for the growing demand for training, with more delegates filling the training rooms every week, and the need to facilitate more interns, more often. Through NI's internship program, the company is actively involved in the education of engineering students from the leading tertiary academic institutions in South Africa and internationally.
NI South Africa's branch manager, Michael Hutton, is very positive about the relocation, saying "the premises will allow us to better serve our continually growing customer base by offering additional training facilities and spacious meeting rooms for customer demonstrations and interactions."
National Instruments South Africa's new physical address is:
G3 - Ground Floor, East Midview Building
Thandanani Office Park
Invicta Road
Halfway Gardens Ext.25
Midrand
The company's toll-free number is 0800 203 199.
