TempeTech has created a division within the company specialising in the recruitment and placement of electronic and electrical engineers, technologists and technicians ranging from junior to senior management. TempeTech also focuses on auxiliary positions in engineering such as field application engineers, engineering sales, sales management and procurement. The company offers a comprehensive recruitment service to employers of its candidates namely:
* Thorough screening of all candidates by means of comprehensive interviews.
* Verification of academic qualifications and employment history.
* Ensures compliance with its internal competency criteria to meet the expected standards from prospective employers.
TempeTech is managed by Doug McCusker, an attorney who has an extensive commercial background in both listed and unlisted businesses. His legal, particularly his labour law and human resource experience are ideally suited to the recruitment of high calibre staff for demanding employers. Customised employment contracts are also offered to suit individual business needs. Advice is also available to TempeTech customers regarding compliance with labour legislation in the workplace.
