Security Services & Risk Management
In any business, customer satisfaction can be made or marred by the level of aftersales service provided. This is particularly true in the combustion industry where customers' expectations of service are very high.
To enable The Combustion Group to offer the very best service to its clients, it has recently acquired Elcontrol, well known in the field of servicing burner and associated equipment.
Previously owned and operated by Willie Nel from Sebenza, Johannesburg, Elcontrol has now become the service division of The Combustion Group. As Elcontrol, the company has been providing its combustion clients with efficient, cost effective service for over 8 years. Based in the same premises as The Combustion Group, the synergy and interaction between the two companies has been fostered during that time. Willie Nel will remain as consultant to The Combustion Group, ensuring that his old customers still receive the service levels they deserve.
Heading up the new service division of the Combustion Group is Quentin Korff, recently promoted from the projects team from within the company.
For more information contact Quentin, The Combustion Group, Service Division, 011 452 5060.
