Wilhelm Swart has been appointed as Citect regional manager for Africa and Anton Jonquire as the new sales manager. From November last year Niconette du Toit was made responsible for field marketing and Lauren Pistorious was appointed sales coordinator.

Ian Smith has been appointed financial director of Mitech, and Mark Davidson as shared services manager. Jeanette Vandepeer is the new projects engineer and Clive Smith was appointed production manager.

Carl Swanepoel has been appointed as a support engineer at Adroit Technologies.

Paul Adderley (below) and Michael Hubensack have been appointed jointly as managing directors of Carl Zeiss South Africa, effective from 1 October 2003.
