Operator Interfaces, Switches & Relays

Newly developed digital displays

November 2003 Operator Interfaces, Switches & Relays Products & Solutions

Kübler now manufactures SSI displays. The DIN 96 x 48 x 140 mm large, 6-decade LED display has 15 mm high figures with adjustable brightness. It is available with AC and DC power supply in the same device. The buyer has the choice between the analog output version with scale factor and 14 bits resolution for 0 to 10 V, -10 to +10 V, 0/4 to 20 mA, or a version with two optocoupler outputs, suitable for limiting values or pre-selections. On this last version, it is possible to have one pre-selection changing according to the changes made to the other. The display is suitable for all SSI formats up to 25 bits and SSI clock frequencies from 100 Hz up to 1 MHz. Switching between gray and binary codes is possible.

Another advantage is the selection of master or slave operation. The device can perform various calculations and can thus be programmed for various ranges. The connection by means of plug-in screw terminals is standard for Kübler devices.
