Close loop vector frequency inverter

LG Industrial Systems recently launched the closed loop version of its successful iS5 range of frequency inverters. The new version offers servo-like performance, with motor torque down to zero RPM, ultra smooth running and an automatic energy saving function.

The iS5 series is available in the range 0,75 to 75 kW. In the alternative torque-control mode, the iS5 can be utilised in specialised systems such as winding, being able to replace the previously preferred DC drives and motor. The units are available at all LG Industrial Systems distributors throughout SA.
