As part of its programme of strategic objectives, the Bearing Man Group has opened specialist engineering hubs throughout the country.
These hubs have been formed by the consolidation of the BMG Drives and BMG Belting businesses to support the company’s recently launched ‘world class production efficiency’ initiative.
BMG’s eight engineering hubs, which are supported by technically competent teams available 24 hours a day, are situated in Durban, Richards Bay, East London, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Kimberley, Johannesburg and Nelspruit. New hubs will be opened soon in Sishen, Rustenburg and Tete, Mozambique. The Johannesburg hub has a state-of-the-art load test facility to test gearboxes up to 200 kW.
BMG will be hosting open days for customers to launch the official opening of these engineering hubs.
