ISO certification for RF Design
August 2010
News
In 2008, CEO Allan Saul and the management of RF Design concluded that due to the significant growth of the company since it was founded 20 years ago, it was prudent now to improve the internal processes and systems in order to service its clients more effectively.
This resulted in a decision to enhance the customer focused approach through implementing an ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, tailored to the company’s specific needs and business practices.
The company appointed management representative, Shane Starita, to design and implement this system with the help of consultant Arnold Stofberg from Qualtech. In RF Design’s commitment to quality, both internally and externally, a large amount of resources were allocated to this venture with staff at all levels included in the process.

Now that the system has been fully implemented, RF Design has been audited for certification by Jack Simms from Bureau Veritas. Impressing the auditor with the level of commitment to quality as well as the depth and meticulousness of the system RF Design passed the certification audit and was officially ISO 9001:2008 certified for all three offices, Cape Town, Gauteng and Durban, on 7 June 2010.
