Motion Control re-launched with increased circulation
April 2004
News
Technews, having acquired Motion Control on 1 March, officially re-launched the publication on 25 March. Positioned as a sister publication to SA Instrumentation and Control, Motion Control focuses on the 'muscles of industry', concentrating on products and services associated with controlled mechanical power: Hydraulic, pneumatic, electric actuators and all directly associated equipment. Laid out in a style that will be familiar to readers of SA Instrumentation and Control, Motion Control will continue to be the official mouthpiece of the South African Fluid Power Association.
Technews has a dedicated, full-time circulation department that continuously maintains optimised distribution lists for all of its publications. Motion Control circulation figures are set to rise significantly as a result of Technews' firmly established expertise in this area. Initial estimates are that the second quarter edition should cover a distribution in the region of 3000 qualified recipients - this excludes 'pass-on' readership. All Technews publications are audited by the internationally recognised and respected Audit Bureau of Circulations, www.accessabc.com, to ensure that circulation figures quoted are accurate.
