RS Components has introduced a new range of Halo LED illuminated indicators from APEM, a world-leading manufacturer of man-machine interfaces. The QH indicators target diverse applications and are of special interest to engineers designing emergency stop buttons, door release systems in public buildings and offices, and in a variety of automation systems.
The QH series provides impressive, stylish and intuitive visual feedback with optimal high-quality LED light output. The functional design allows it to be easily mounted as a status indicator for interior and exterior use and on both new- and after-market applications installation is both quick and easy.
QH Halo indicators mount seamlessly with a wide variety of switches, including anti-vandal, pushbutton, rotary and key switches, enabling focused interaction between human touch and machine. The series is designed to be highly versatile and supports a variety of cutouts from 16 to 22 mm with a choice of body and lens colours. An outstanding feature of the QH series is its exceptional light output provided by the 12 single and dual coloured hyper-bright LEDs.
Other features of the QH Halo LED indicators include sealing to IP67 standards, operation over the –40 to 70°C, zero depth from behind the panel, supply voltage of 12 to 24 VDC and 200 mm 26AWG UL1061 wire termination.
