Cox’s two low-cost imaging cameras with pixel resolutions of 320 x 240 and 640 x 480 respectively. All units are supplied with real-time analysis software with image save functionality and Ethernet communications for upward connectivity. A software developer’s kit provides flexibility for customising to the process application.
Standard 8-14 µm wavelength allows temperature ranges from -20 to 650°C at a standard frame rate of 50 Hz. This flexible low-cost IR camera provides real-time thermal images for most process applications covering a wide range of industries like petrochemical, steel, automotive, food and beverage and plastics. Use of the supplied software tools allows interfacing with existing control systems either digitally or via both analogue and digital outputs.
