Schneider Electric has introduced the Harmony mobile box, the newest accessory in the Harmony range for control and signalling. Designed to complement the popular wireless and battery-less Harmony XB5R pushbutton, it provides practical housing for the control unit, making it easy to handle, carry, or store in a secure holder or on a hook.
With the introduction of the Harmony mobile box, users now have at their disposal a complete solution for controlling equipment wirelessly while being freely able to change the command position.
This delivers many practical benefits:
* Increased efficiency – forklift operators can operate machines, open and close automatic doors, or change traffic lights without dismounting.
* Reduced installation cost – users can eliminate costly and complicated wiring in applications such as construction lifts, long and modular machines, large production sites, factory gates, and so on.
* Improved safety of operator and application – operators can control the equipment from a distance. There are no exposed wires or cable trays on a boom that can wear out over time.
