“The Rittal range, which encompasses industrial enclosures, electronic packaging, system climate control and power distribution, is aligned with the needs of our industrial client base,” says Brian Howarth, managing director, Magnet. “In keeping with Magnet’s commitment to supply quality branded products, the Rittal range conforms to stringent international quality and safety specifications.
“The latest technology and immaculate manufacturing standards in 12 high-tech production facilities around the world, guarantee leading edge enclosure and housing solutions. Fully automated welding, assembly and packaging lines include ecologically compatible production stages, including plasma welding and electrophoresis immersion priming.”
Rittal systems, with tested IP ratings to guard against the ingress of dust and water, are ideally suited for reliability and extended service life in coastal conditions, where heat and humidity affect electrical and electronic equipment.
Magnet has appointed a specialist Rittal product manager who will support this new range. The company has made a substantial investment in Rittal stock holdings to meet demand in KwaZulu-Natal.
