Rittal's standalone TS 8 PC enclosures protect internal components against moisture, dirt and high temperatures, which can quickly cause a computer malfunction. Additional use of climate control components guarantees that a correct operating temperature is maintained inside the enclosure.
As well as the familiar configuration of large monitor area and keyboard drawer, the standalone PC enclosures are also available with a desk section in place of the drawer, a shortened monitor door or a folding support panel. Both the fold down keyboard version and the pull out drawer version do not infringe on the IP rating of IP55 even when open.
Hinged cable support on the drawers prevents the keyboard cables and mouse from snagging during operation. To secure the enclosure contents from interference or theft the enclosure cladding can be locked, or secured with internal fixings on the sidewalls and roof.
