The Liquipoint FTW23 from Endress+Hauser is a point level switch for water-based liquids in the beverage industry. The instrument is part of the new product line and complements the already launched Liquipoint FTW33, Liquiphant FTL31 and FTL33, well-known Endress+Hauser products, showcasing quality, variety and durability. The new product line offers:

• Easy selection and installation.

• Distribution through global E-direct portal.

• Economical pricing.

• Fast delivery time due to global production and logistic concepts.

The Liquipoint FTW23 meets all international hygienic requirements and is intended for use in applications in liquid media without build-up. This cost-effective instrument is equipped as standard with a function check, requires no calibration or adjustment and requires no special installation tools, thanks to the plug-and-play design. Benefits include:

• Easy installation thanks to compact design, even in tight conditions or where access is restricted.

• CIP and SIP cleanability ensured – up to protection class IP69k.

• Individual adjustment to each medium not necessary.

• LED display for on-site function check.

Technical details:

• For water-based liquids or media with dielectric constant >20.

• Process temperature: -20 to +100°C, CIP/SIP to 135°C for 1 hour.

• Process pressure: -1 to 16 bar abs.

• Sensor material: 316L/PEEK. (This material meets the requirements of EU 1935/2004, 10/2011 as well as 2023/2006 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2415.)

• Sensor length: Flush-mounted.

• Approvals: CSA, EN10204-3.1, EHEDG, 3-A.
