Mitech’s locally designed and manufactured dosing control valves dose reagents accurately into the flotation process in ring main dosing systems, for example. Especially designed for each application, the valves monitor the process, reduce reagent costs and eliminate human error. The valves continuously monitor the dosing state with a 15 minute feedback. The medium is continuously circulated, reducing clogging, spillage and crystallisation.
Extremely cost effective, the dosing control valves are erosion resistant and fit in the main ring, making them ideally suited for pH control. They have an anti-clogging design and are trim sized to suit process data. The valves are rated for 600 kPa and their outlet port is designed to match the trim size. With an option of on/off or modulating control, the valves have a nylon coated cylinder with a double-acting or spring-return mechanism.
Various options are available, including pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, position indication, hand-wheel override and stellite, ceramic or carbide trims.
