Badger nutating disc flowmeters

The RCDL disc meter combines the accuracy of positive displacement design with the reliability and economy of nutating disc technology. Well suited for measuring the flow of water and other fluids, hot or cold, this meter can be combined with most Badger mechanical and electronic accessories for applications from batching to inventory control.

The Recordall series is a positive displacement meter, best suited for metering fluids up to a viscosity of 700 mPas and at an operating temperature of 50 to 120°C. Typical applications include clean and moderately dirty liquids, hard and soft water, oils, fuel and solvents.

The metering chamber includes disc, positioning bar and transmission magnet. The chamber is inserted into the meter body and a screen in the inlet side protects it against penetration of larger solid particles. Other features include:

* Magnetic coupling.

* Compatible with most liquids.

* Wide flow range.

* Low pressure loss.

* Light weight.

The meter is a good choice for applications involving inventory and process control of cold and hot water, oils, fuels, alcohols, HVAC, condensate return, boiler feed, additive dispensing and fuel consumption.
