The WCS-232 from SystemBase converts an RS232 signal to a wireless Bluetooth signal. If both ends of the communication link use a WCS-232 device, then a complete wireless data communication link will be available.

In the WCS-232, portability is maximised so that it can be applied to a PC, laptop, PDA, etc. It is fully-compatible with the serial COM port of a PC.

The product, which is used in pairs, features: point to point 2,4 GHz RF communications, compliant with Bluetooth V1.1; fully compatible with PC serial COM ports; reduced cabling expenses; suited for portable devices (weighs 33 g); can be powered by a USB port; communication status is monitored through LEDs.
