The SITRANS FM electromagnetic flowmeters from Siemens deliver high-precision volume measurement of electrically conductive liquid applications – from water, wastewater and irrigation to hygienic processes and even mining slurries with magnetic particles. The SITRANS FMT020 is a completely new generation of MAG-transmitters. It offers backward compatibility with existing sensors and enhances the benefits of the preceding MAG 5000 series. This state-of-the-art transmitter has additional levels of verification, featuring on-site verification with traceable certification. It can be configured for the desired level of checks, from self-verification and diagnostics to connection with an external, new-generation SITRANS Verificator.
The Sitrans FM320, designed with an IP67 rating, is based on the FMT020 transmitter. It is suitable for a wide range of process applications where flow, conductivity and flow volume need to be measured. The FM320 allows for seamless integration, supporting PROFINET, Profibus DP/PA or Bluetooth. Its advanced diagnostic and verification functions simplify maintenance and contribute to optimal performance.
